Focusing on adults, teens, and couples, I work with a variety of clients who come seeking help with their relationships, life losses and transitions, anxiety, depression, and recovery from trauma and abuse.  People who come to see me may feel some dissatisfaction with their life, have become stuck in making changes on their own, and are seeking help and support in taking a next step.
